Clubs at UTC 

At UTC, we’re proud to offer a wide range of extracurricular clubs and activities that give students the chance to explore new interests and develop their skills. Signing up is simple and convenient for both students and parents/carers. All after-school clubs are registered through the Arbor App. Spaces are limited, so we recommend signing up early to secure a place. For lunchtime clubs, students can speak directly with the staff member running the activity to join. 

Using Arbor 

All club sign-ups are managed through Arbor, which keeps everything organised in one place. This system helps safeguard our students by ensuring parents/carers know where their child is, while also supporting our admin team with clear registers and streamlined communication. If a club is cancelled or an update needs to be shared, Arbor makes it quick and easy to notify everyone involved. 

Missed Out? 

If your child isn’t able to secure a spot this term, there will be another opportunity at the start of the next term. Registers are refreshed at the end of each half term, giving all students a fair chance to sign up for the clubs they’re most interested in.
